Eco friendly products are called ‘green’ and are designed to use fewer of the Earth’s natural resources and be less harmful to the environment and all life. Green products are more available and more affordable now than ever before in the United States. Organic baby food, natural pet supplies, and natural bath supplies are just the beginning of the green movement.

Eco friendly products can also be applied to kitchen, bath, clothing, lighting, appliances, furnishings and housekeeping materials. There are a lot of great articles to be found on the Internet that show how easy and inexpensive it is to make your own green, non-toxic cleaning solutions. Ounce for ounce, homemade ‘green’ cleaners cost 1/10th the price of commercial counterparts.

Eco friendly products, whether made or purchased, are part of a larger social/philosophical/economical movement advocating awareness and education about human impact on our environment. Reading and becoming educated about lessening this impact and making small lifestyle changes along the way – this is becoming a new way of life.
